Install instructions
Extract (unzip) the downloaded file using software such as 7-zip, WinRAR, WinZip, or any other compatible software. Once unzipped open the folder up and double click "Out of Shape.exe" to start the game up. Do not move or remove any other files in the folder, otherwise the game would not start.
